Franchise purchase

The purchase price for a Lawnscience territory is between £18,995 and £24,995. This includes:

• License to operate the Lawnscience business within your protected territory.
• Personalised territory created around your location with sufficient potential to operate a multi-van business.
• Start up package including: sign written vehicle deposit, lawn care machinery, business software and Initial stock for 100 lawns.
• Three weeks training course
• Marketing launch plus 10,000 leaflets, own website, Google places account and Google adword account.
• Ongoing support throughout the life of the franchise
• There will be a ongoing franchise fee commencing at 9% of turnover, reducing to 6.5% of turnover as your sales volume increases.

The main difference between the two start-up costs is down to the equipment package supplied, but it is possible to start your own business from £18,995. We will be happy to discuss in detail.
